This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Harry Styles, Wembley Stadium, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or any other artist, venue, or ticketing provider.

1. Eligibility

• • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• • Like the giveaway post
  • Follow @thanksitsvintageofficial_ on Instagram
  • Comment on the post and tag one or more friends (each valid tag counts as one entry). Entrants must only tag people they know personally
  • Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story
  • No purchase is necessary.
  • Multiple entries are permitted via multiple friend tags.
  • Automated, bulk, or spam entries will not be accepted.

3. Opening & Closing Dates

• • The giveaway opens on Saturday 1 February 2026 at 6:00pm (GMT).
  • The giveaway closes on Sunday 22 February 2026 at 12:00pm (GMT).
  • Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. Prize

One winner will receive:

• • Two (2) tickets to see Harry Styles at Wembley Stadium on Friday 3 July, doors 5:00pm, and
  • One vintage Coach Soho bag (style 8A05) with an estimated value of £189.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

5. Ticket Conditions

• • Concert tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and ticket provider.
  • Tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for cash, and must only be used by the winner to attend the event.
  • Tickets will be transferred to the winner via the official ticket provider within 72 hours of the event date, where permitted.
  • In the unlikely event that ticket transfer is not possible due to restrictions imposed by the event organiser or ticket provider, we will ensure the winner receives an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @thanksitsvintageofficial_ on Sunday 22 February 2026.
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
  • If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Fulfilment

• • The Coach bag will be dispatched to a UK address provided by the winner.
  • Tickets will be transferred electronically in line with Section 5.
  • The winner is responsible for any costs associated with attending the event, including travel, parking, accommodation, food, or any other personal expenses.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, delay, or issue arising from these arrangements.

8. Data Protection

• • Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
  • Data will not be used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent is given.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

9. General

• • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final.
