We are a VAT-registered business in the United Kingdom, and applicable UK VAT is included in our pricing where required.

We offer two delivery methods:
- Standard Delivery - Free
Dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrives within 2–3 working days from shipment. Always tracked, always free. - Next Day Delivery - Additional
Need something pronto? We offer Next Day Delivery, dispatched within 8-24 hours, with arrival expected the next working day (subject to cut-off times).
Whichever method you choose, your parcel is always tracked and securely packed.

Each item is carefully vetted for authenticity using brand-specific criteria, including serial numbers, date codes, stitching, hardware, and materials. We apply rigorous checks and source exclusively from suppliers with a proven reputation for quality and reliability.

All pieces are vintage or pre-owned and sold in as-described condition, with detailed photos and notes provided to help you shop with confidence. While we do not offer warranties, each item is carefully vetted for quality, authenticity, and wear appropriate to age.
If you’d like more insight into the condition or care recommendations for a particular item, we’re happy to assist.

Prices reflect the rarity, condition, and market value of each item. While we don't negotiate, occasional promos or restock alerts go out via email - sign up to stay ahead.
We also offer free shipping as standard and no additional fees.

We hope you adore your vintage purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it under the following conditions:
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in the original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
To begin a return, contact us at howdy@thanksitsvintage.co.uk.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether it qualifies for a refund.
If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus any original shipping charges.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty or not as described). We require that all returns be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®, which includes tracking and insurance. This protects both parties and ensures safe transit of high-value vintage goods. We reserve the right to reject returns sent via untracked or uninsured services.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, please contact us within immediately. We’ll arrange a refund or return.
